Playa Brasilito and Conchal General Info
Explore a charming beach village and one of the finest beaches in the country

Charming Brasilito is a small beach town rich in Costa Rican character. It is also the closest town to the stunning Playa Conchal, located a few minutes walk to the south along Brasilito beach itself. Brasilito is a popular destination for those travelers seeking a more authentic Costa Rican experience than found in larger more touristic beach towns nearby (read absolutely no Best Western or Pizza Hut!)

Accommodation options range from intimate boutique hotels to homely budget cabinas. You will also discover a great range of restaurants and sodas, souvenir and grocery stores, and a wealth of nearby attractions and activities including sailing, fishing, surfing, diving, snorkelling, zip-lining canopy tours, horse-riding, ATV tours, and much more!!!

Conchal beach is composed of finely crushed seashells and is often seen as one of the finest beaches on the north Pacific "Gold Coast" in Guanacaste. It is listed by many guide books as a must-see in Costa Rica. Unusually, in an area generally known for surfing, the beach is sheltered and one of the few where safe swimming and snorkeling is possible.

Lonely Planet states "Playa Conchal is widely regarded as the most beautiful beach in all of Costa Rica".
